Thursday Thoughts - 04/14/2022
In this short newsletter, I share the most interesting things that I’ve read, heard, and/or watched over the past week.
What I’ve Read:
Scaling The Ethereum Ecosystem | AVC
I have been using the Ethereum ecosystem for the past year. I move across different L1 and L2 chains and wallet accounts. The high friction of this technology has become second nature.
I didn’t stop to think about the experience for non-native crypto people until this post. Fred Wilson’s idea of seamless transactions with all the grunt work happening in the background is fantastic. This would definitely speed up the adoption of blockchain for the masses.
The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo | Amy Schumer
I found Amy Schumer’s memoir entertaining and hilarious. I enjoyed her openness on a variety of touchy subjects such as sexual abuse, divorce, and gun violence. My favorite story is about her career as a stand up comedian.
What I’m Pondering:
“A year from now you will wish you had started today.”
